Two new tenants have secured lettings at a Leeds city centre building.

Consumer goods and retail recruitment specialists, Seven, has taken a lease on the fifth floor; whilst boutique commercial law firm Tyr Law has taken a lease on the second floor at 36 Park Row, continues with a brace of new lettings secured in September.

The latest lettings come after the commencement of the final phase of refurbishment of the office building, which is located just off City Square.

Dean Jowett, Partner at Tyr Law UK,said:  “We were looking for a high-quality office suite in the city that could accommodate the continued growth of the practice.  36 Park Row met our criteria perfectly, we were impressed by the working environment that has been created through the refurbishment and the location was ideal being so close to Leeds City Station.

Gabby Rosenberg, Retail & eCommerce Director of Seven’s Leeds office, added: “We are thrilled to take up residency at 36 Park Row. We have viewed many properties across the city and we feel 36 Park Row has the right balance of space, location and prestige that we are looking for.

“It’s a key time for our business with the launch of our new website this month and several new appointments to the team, and we are excited to watch our business grow and evolve in this new space.”

36 Park Row has been subject to a comprehensive refurbishment by APAM.

Robin Beagley, Partner at letting agents WSB said: “The continued success of 36 Park Row in attracting new tenants is testimony to the quality of the creative and inspiring working environment that has been delivered by the refurbishment programme.  We have completed six new lettings this year and already have significant interest in the remaining four suites which range from 990 sq ft to 2,182 sq ft.”

Elizabeth Ridler, partner in the office agency team of Knight Frank in Leeds, added: “In addition to the contemporary working environment offered within 36 Park Row,  one of the main draws to occupiers has been the ability to tap into the ‘plug and play’ service that IT partner Telcom provide.”
