WSB boosts retail & leisure team

WSB Property Consultants has boosted its retail and leisure agency team with the hire of surveyor Sam Vinall.
Mr Vinall joins an existing team of seven and will provide retail and leisure advisory services throughout the North and the Midlands with particular emphasis on regional acquisitions for clients including Whitbread, KFC, LNT Group, Xercise 4 Less and Costa Coffee.
Adam Mobley, who heads the retail and leisure department in Leeds, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sam to the team. His previous agency experience has further strengthened our offer which greatly benefit our clients going forward.”
