New tenant at Centre 27

Bedfords Transport has agreed a seven-year lease at Centre 27 Business Park in Birstall.
The landlord LaSalle Investment Management, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle, has let 2,205 sq ft of offices to the logistics management company.
Tom Brammeld, senior surveyor in Jones Lang LaSalle's office agency team in Leeds, said: "This deal, which follows on from the letting to Compco Fire Systems, brings another quality occupier to the business park."
Centre 27 includes nine detached two and three storey buildings set "within a landscaped environment".
Situated at Junction 27 of the M62 at the intersection with the M621 current occupiers include Henry Schein, Freedom Communications and Lloyds TSB.
Jones Lang LaSalle is the joint leasing agent on Centre 27 with Sanderson Weatherall. WSB advised the tenant.
