Lenstec Focus on Mariner Court

PROPERTY developer Gladman Developments has welcomed a new tenant to Mariner Court in Wakefield .
Lenstec has taken 3,240 sq ft of office space at the building. Established in 1993, Lenstec designs, manufactures and distributes products to the ophthalmic surgical market.
The letting follows the completion of the phase two of Mariner Court on Calder Park.
Paul Roberts, of Gladman Developments, said: "We are delighted to have secured Lenstec as our latest occupier on Mariner Court. This letting reflects the quality of space that we have created combined with the competitive terms we are able to offer to prospective occupiers.”
WSB Property Consultants and Lambert Smith Hampton are the agents for the development.
