More Space Let at Calder Park

Property developers Gladman Developments have welcomed their latest tenant to Mariner Court, Wakefield, following the letting of 3,240sq ft of office space to Lenstec.
Paul Roberts of Gladman Developments, said: “We are delighted to have secured Lenstec as our latest occupier on Mariner Court. “This letting reflects the quality of space we have created combined with the competitive terms we can offer prospective occupiers.”
Mariner Court, located on Calder Park just off junction 39 of the M1, will eventually provide over 58,000sq ft of Grade A air-conditioned office space within a range of unit individual sizes from as little as 1,000 sq ft. More than 40,000sq ft has already been speculatively built by Gladman, with the scheme attracting a range of current occupiers including United Business Centres, Aqua Mist Fire Protection and Diagnostic Health Solutions.
Robin Beagley of letting agents WSB said: “The level of interest we have seen at Mariner Court is very encouraging and the latest letting to Lenstec is testament to the quality and flexibility of the office space that appeals to a wide range of occupiers.”
