YORKSHIRE commercial property adviser WSB Property Consultants has secured a hat-trick of prime office letting instructions which has brought more than 125,000 sq ft of brand new space on to the market.
The trio of new grade A office letting instructions include 72,000 sq ft at Livingstone House at Clarence Dock in Leeds on behalf of GE Real Estate, a 36,000 sq ft at 10 South Parade on behalf of Wilton Developments, and 20,000 sq ft at 17-21 York Place on behalf of O’Rourke Reid.
Duncan Senior, agency and development director at WSB, said: “We are delighted to have secured these new office instructions which are a testament to the combination of our local strength, experienced team and superior market knowledge.”
Mr Senior said the Leeds-based business had secured more than 500,000 sq ft of letting instructions at office buildings and business parks including Calder Park at J39 of M1 and Thorpe Park in Leeds since its launch earlier this year.
