WSB Picks Up 125,000 sq ft

WSB Property Consultants has secured a hat-trick of prime office letting instructions across Leeds city centre. WSB, which was launched in May by well-known Leeds property agents Duncan Senior, Robin Beagley and David Watson, is now marketing more than 125,000 sq ft of brand new space. It won the 72,000 sq ft Livingstone House at Clarence Dock on behalf of GE Real Estate, 36,000 sq ft at 10 South Parade on behalf of Wilton Developments, and 20,000 sq ft at 17-21 York Place on behalf of O'Rourke Reid.
