Water Firm Finds a Berth at the Dock

Yorkshire Water is moving more than 500 staff to Clarence Dock in Leeds after completing what is believed to be the largest office letting in the city centre this year.

The firm has taken 57,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Livingstone House, which will house 550 staff and contract partner employees in its newly created assest delivery team.

CB Richard Ellis, which is joint office agent on Clarence Dock with WSB, acted on behalf of GE Capital Real Estate. Ryden acted for Yorkshire Water.
