Peel has appointed WSB as joint letting agency on Calder Park in Wakefield, working alongside Savills. Calder Park is set in 240 acres of land, of which 100 acres is a dedicated nature reserve, at junction 39 of the M1
Nick Hey from Peel said, “We are thrilled that WSB have joined Savills as joint letting agents for Calder Park. They bring a wealth of experience to the team and we hope to have a long future with them. It is a very exciting time for Calder Park, as last year planning permission was granted for 32,000 sq ft Grade-A self contained office development known as Osprey House and we look forward to marketing this to potential occupiers with WSB and Savills.”
Duncan Senior, Director of Agency and Development at WSB said, “We are delighted to have been appointed by Peel to advise on this outstanding scheme. Calder Park has enormous appeal due to its prime location and Peel's innovative approach to building design, whilst also offering a unique working environment.”
“We look forward to working closely with Peel and Savills to evolve and promote future phases of the park, building on the scheme’s success to date, ensuring a market leading product is delivered to meet the exacting standards of the modern occupier.”
