Work starts on £10m South Parade

Wilton Developments has started work on the £10m redevelopment of 10 South Parade in Leeds. The scheme aims to create 36,000 sq ft of Grade A+ office space with a significant overhaul of the property. Work is expected to be completed in autumn 2010.
Harrogate-based Wilton has appointed Stainforth Construction to undertake the work, while WSB Property Consultants, DTZ and Knight Frank will act as agents on the property
