First Letting at Armley Court

DEVELOPER Arlington Mills has concluded its first letting at Armley Court business park to the Asian Express newspaper.
Unit 4 Armley Court in Armley, Leeds, comprises approximately 3,000 sq ft and has been let to Asian Express, the largest regional ethnic newspaper in the UK.
The Asian Express newspaper is a fortnightly tabloid, printed in English and circulated free in various locations around Leeds and is relocating from north Leeds to Armley Court.
A spokesman for Arlington Mills said: “We are delighted to welcome the Asian Express newspaper to Armley Court where they will benefit from the high quality of the building and excellent on site car parking. We anticipate further occupiers will be joining them shortly."
The largest 6,000 sq ft building at Armley Court is under offer to a national charity and marketing agents Carter Towler, Sanderson Weatherall and WSB said there was interest in the other buildings at the site.
