Bruntwood completes Hepworth refurb

Bruntwood is ready to unveil the refurbished Hepworth Point building in Leeds, formerly known as Hepworth House.
The ten-storey building will contain 44,607 sq ft of Grade A office space, with the company expecting rent yields in the region of £15 per sq ft.
The project is the biggest refurbished office space opened in Leeds this year.
Knight Frank, DTZ and WSB are the joint marketing agents on the development.
