Further lettings secured at Armley Court

Sanderson Weatherall has announced a number of lettings at the Armley Court development in Leeds totalling almost 15,000 sq ft. New tenants include the British Red Cross, which has taken a 15-year lease on 6,168 sq ft; and Cadogan Information has leased 5,189 sq ft of office accommodation for nine years.
WSB and Carter Towler are joint agents marketing the development, which is located 1.5 miles west of Leeds city centre.
