First letting at Wilton Developments spec scheme

Wilton Developments has secured the first letting at 10 South Parade, the inly speculative office development to get started in Leeds this year.

Xafinity Consulting, an employment benefits and pensions services provider, has taken 8,200 sq ft for its regional headquarters.

Jason Stowe, managing director of Wilton Developments, added: “When we announced the speculative scheme last year we said it reflected our confidence in Leeds and securing our first let so promptly is testament to this.”

10 South Parade is a 36,000 sq ft development under going a refurbishment and rebuild programme. It is expected to complete in summer this year.

DTZ, Knight Frank and WSB are advising Wilton Developments on the scheme.
