Booking made at South Parade

Wilton Developments has secured a deal with Odgers Berndtson, a recruitment consultant, for 3,200 sq ft of office space at 10 South Parade. The company will take occupation for fit out in May 2010.

DTZ acted jointly with Knight Frank and WSB for Wilton Developments, while Wright & Partners acted for Odgers Berndtson.

The deal means the development, the first speculative scheme on site in Leeds this year, is 30 per cent let. Main contractor Stainforth Construction is currently building the 36,000 sq ft Grade A+ scheme, with work expected to finish in autumn 2010.
