Second letting secured at speculative scheme

A SECOND letting has been secured at 10 South Parade - the first speculative office scheme in Leeds to start this year.

Developer Wilton Developments has secured a pre-let of 3,200 sq ft of second-floor office space to executive recruitment consultants Odgers Berndtson.

The deal follows a pre-let earlier this month to Xafinity Consulting.

DTZ acted jointly with Knight Frank and WSB Property Consultants for Wilton Developments while Wright & Partners, of London, acted for Odgers Berndtson.
