Property developer Arlington Mills has revealed more than 85 per cent of its 23,000 sq ft speculative Armley Court scheme has been let or sold during the first half of 2010.
With occupiers including British Red Cross, Neil Hudgell Solicitors and Asian Express, there is only one unit of 3,057 sq ft remaining.
Charlie Hare, director at Leeds-based Arlington Mills, said: “In the context of the current market, the success we have seen at Armley Court is unprecedented and reflects the quality of space that we have created combined with the competitive terms we are prepared to offer.”
He added: “Our aim at Armley Court was to create an office environment of the very highest standard while ensuring that it provides efficient and flexible accommodation that appealed to occupier's needs.”
The development is being marketed by WSB Property Consultants, Carter Towler and Sanderson Weatherall.
Robin Beagley of WSB said: “This is a significant landmark out of town office park development and its success reflects the fact that we are starting to see signs of improvement in sentiment from businesses in the city.
"Armley Court offers the quality and flexibility to appeal to a wide range of potential occupiers and its success this year is positive news for the Leeds commercial property market."
