Website looks to take strain out of office move

WEBSITE which aims to take the work out of office relocations has been launched in the region.

HelpMovingOffice.co.uk is the brainchild of Jeremy Carr-Smith who, having been in the commercial property market since 1995, believes that too many businesses throw away precious time, money and resources simply by not planning their office move in a strategic fashion.

Mr Carr-Smith said: “It’s hardly surprising, therefore, that for most people the prospect of moving office can seem a daunting process but, like any process, it can be broken down into a series of simple tasks and checks.

"That's where we come in - HelpMovingOffice.co.uk gives business the confidence to make informed decisions.”

The website aims to streamline the office relocation process by providing access to free information and resources - including guides, tools and checklists - as well as links to independently sourced and screened specialists who can assist with the key components of the move, such as property consultants, solicitors and office design experts.

Mr Carr-Smith said working with the right advisors on a move could mean the difference between success and failure.
