A VENTURE in Leeds city centre is hoping to attract world leading medical expertise for the region.
A purpose built, state of the art facility that is fully functional for a medical practice with consulting rooms and offices, has been released speculatively for immediate occupation.
The facility will respond to a rising demand for cosmetic treatment in the city.
The Bridge is available to let or for sale and includes lead lined dry walls for X-ray shielding and treatment rooms, reception, and staff facilities already fitted.
Robin Beagley, of WSB Property Consultants which is marketing the facility said, “The Bridge is a very unique facility with a ‘no expense spared’ specification for a private medical practice wanting to take advantage of a fast growing market in Leeds."
