A VENTURE in Leeds city centre is hoping to attract world leading medical expertise for the region.

A purpose built, state of the art facility that is fully functional for a medical practice with consulting rooms and offices, has been released speculatively for immediate occupation.

The facility will respond to a rising demand for cosmetic treatment in the city.
