WSB secures Highcross agency contract

WSB and property consultants Ryden have been appointed to handle agency services for Highcross’ out of town property portfolio in Leeds.
The firms will deal with lettings at the Sugar Mill and WIRA Business Parks, as well as lease extension negotiations and the retention of existing tenants.
Sugar Mill Business Park underwent a £1m refurbishment in 2009 and provides six buildings, each with flexible accommodation suitable for businesses with two to 200 staff.
WIRA Business Park is a 112,000 sq ft scheme offering suites from 500 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.
