BRITISH Waterways has announced the appointment of WSB Property Consultants to market 7,750 sq ft of accommodation at Fearns Wharf at Clarence Dock in Leeds.

Duncan Senior, of Leeds-based WSB, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by British Waterways to market this stunning riverside building which as well as offering quality office space has also been designed to achieve high levels of environmental performance and sustainability creating comfortable, efficient and most importantly economical space.”
