WSB appointed to market Fearns Wharf space

British Waterways has appointed Leeds-based WSB Property Consultants to market 7,750 sq ft of accommodation at Fearns Wharf in Leeds' Clarence Dock.
The 35,000 sq ft Fearns Wharf is one of only three buildings in the city to have been granted a BREEAM excellent rating for environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
Duncan Senior, of WSB, said: "We are delighted to have been appointed by British Waterways to market this stunning riverside building which, as well as offering quality office space, has also been designed to achieve high levels of environmental performance and sustainability creating comfortable, efficient and most importantly economical space."
