WILTON Developments has appointed WSB Property Consultants and Carter Jonas to market Mitre House, the largest self contained office building currently available within Harrogate town centre.

James Scott of Wilton Developments said: "With Wilton's forthcoming relocation to 10SP in Leeds city centre we are able to offer Mitre House on either a freehold or leasehold basis. The level of interest we have already seen in Mitre House is very encouraging.”

The three storey office building located on North Park Road was built in 2005 and provides more than 8,767 sq ft of air conditioned accommodation with 27 secure basement and surface car parking spaces.

Robin Beagley of agents WSB said: "This is the most significant office building to come to the market in central Harrogate in recent years and it offers a rare opportunity for a local business to buy their own modern headquarters building in the town."
