10 South Parade secures new letting

Wilton Developments has pre-let 50 per cent of its 10 South Parade office scheme, after agreeing a deal with new tenant Lockton Companies.

Property consultancies DTZ, Knight Frank and WSB are advising Wilton Developments on 10 South Parade, the only speculative office scheme in Leeds to get underway in 2010.
