WSB appointed on Tower Court scheme

LEEDS developer Rushbond has appointed WSB Property Consultants to market its Tower Court development in Leeds.
Tower Court was originally the Armley School and was built in 1878.
The Grade II Listed building has been redeveloped into offices by Rushbond and has secured tenants including United Open MRI and Forths Forensic Accountants.
The remaining ground floor suite is available to let on a new lease through joint agents WSB and Carter Towler.
