Ongoing Improvements

Canmoor, the Asset Managers of Lawnswood, have been undertaking substantial improvements to the site, which include a phased refurbishment scheme. In addition they are just about to secure a well-known gourmet coffee operator to the site who will provide quality food and drink to the Tenants at the Business Park.

The scheme has just completed Phase 1 of a full refurbishment which included a refurbishment of all the vacant suites to modernise the air conditioning and install new LED lighting.
