Duncan has over 12 years' experience in commercial agency, development consultancy and related areas, gained in the private sector, principally providing strategic consultancy advice to clients throughout the north of England. Duncan joined CB Richard Ellis as a director in 2007, having spent over 4 years at DTZ working in the Office Agency department, providing advice to clients such as Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds City Council, MEPC, Hermes Asset Management and Evans Property Group.
Working for both DTZ and CB Richard Ellis, Duncan has a vast amount of experience and detailed knowledge in all aspects of commercial property, specialising in office agency and mixed use development consultancy, advising a wide range of clients on acquisition, disposal, development appraisal and estates strategy.
