Leading independent commercial property consultancy celebrates 10th anniversary

27June 2019

WSB Property Consultants, a leading regional commercial property advisor and chartered surveyors is celebrating its tenth anniversary.

Established in 2009 in the depths of the financial crisis, Leeds based WSB Property Consultants used that market uncertainty as a springboard to create a client focused, multi discipline, commercial property consultancy business.

Over the past decade the business has grown to offer a full range of commercial, leisure, retail and development agency services, investment consultancy, property management, valuation and professional advice with the key, experienced personal in each sector focused on providing exceptional client service.

Robin Beagley,  a founding partner of WSB commented “We started the business 10 years ago in what was a challenging market but one where we saw an opportunity to provide a client-centric approach from an experienced team committed to offering honest, open advice.”

“This approach has served the business well.  Through a number of key appointments we have expanded our service offer and have seen consistent growth over the past decade”

Since its inception, WSB has established itself as one of the leading independent commercial property consultants and chartered surveyors in the region and over the past decade has been involved in many key property transactions for a wide range of private clients, pension funds, plc’s and property developers.

Adam Mobley, retail & leisure agency partner, added “It has been an amazing journey and we would like to thank our broad range of clients for their support in helping WSB reach our first decade in business and for making this milestone anniversary possible.   We are now looking to the future and the continued growth of WSB”.
