Providing workspace for teams of four to 24 people, they enable a company to move in, plug in and start work immediately.
Robert Morton, investment manager at CEG, said: "The Let Ready studios have been a phenomenal success at our developments in Kirkstall Forge, Leeds and Westminster Place in York. The new space at Albion Street complements our out-of-town offer with a prestigious city centre address, just a stone’s throw from the station.
"The Let Ready Go concept is perfect for start-ups, as well as established businesses wanting a regional base or additional, fully-furnished project space with easy in/out leases."
84 Albion Street is a landmark office building located in the heart of Leeds city centre. CEG has managed a refurbishment program from new cycle and shower facilities in the basement through to a roof terrace. The 22,228 sq ft Grade A office development is five storeys, with four offering corporate space, complemented by the new studio offer on the first floor.
Fox Lloyd Jones and WSP are appointed as agents marketing Albion Street on CEG’s behalf.
Nick Salkeld, director at Fox Lloyd Jones, said: "We continue to see workspace strategies evolve following the pandemic, with occupiers now often seeking increased flexibility and the highest quality fully furnished solutions to minimise capex requirements."
Robin Beagley, partner at WSB, added: "With an increasing number of businesses planning a phased return to the office, this ‘Let Ready’ space provides an immediate occupational solution, whilst complimenting the wider CEG Leeds portfolio, giving occupiers the opportunity to seamlessly grow into the new build workspace CEG is delivering at Temple and Kirkstall Forge."
