Property consultants WSB have been appointed by Northwood Regional UK to market the last remaining Grade A office space at its Broad Gate scheme in Leeds city centre.

The 300,000 sq ft Broad Gate development is home to a range of existing occupiers including Yorkshire Building Society, KPMG, Ramboll, Life Search and Hays Recruitment.

There is currently 12,674 sq ft of office space available on the fifth floor.

road Gate also provides flexible solutions through Pure Offices, offering occupiers the potential to take managed work space from single private offices up to full wings of the building.

Duncan Senior, partner at WSB, said: “Workplace dynamics were already changing pre Covid with a greater emphasis on flexibility, variety, collaboration, and the ability to adapt an office environment to offer more than just a desk.

“Workspace needs to be aspirational and to provide a lifestyle to attract occupiers and staff, which we feel Broad Gate offers in abundance given its onsite amenity, roof terrace, community wellbeing initiatives and its location in the city with its proximity to retail, leisure and public transport.”

Iain Taylor, director at Northwood Regional UK, added: “Given the quality of product available at Broad Gate and the community which has already been established, the building is well placed to offer occupiers the high quality of space and working environment that will be increasingly important as companies return to the office.”

WSB join the existing agency line up of Knight Frank and Colliers International.
