Community Links, the Leeds-based mental health and wellbeing services provider, has launched a new facility in Leeds.

The non-profit organisation, which supports people with a wide range of mental health issues across the region, has signed a five-year lease agreement at Armley Court, Leeds 12.

Acting on behalf of the property’s landlord James Hare Ltd, Carter Towler’s agency team negotiated the terms of the agreement.

Phukuo Shopland-Reed, Carter Towler’s associate, said: “Unit 1 Armley Court is an excellent location for Community Links’ growing operations. It has 4160 sq ft of newly refurbished, flexible office space, ample parking and is close to key transport links.”

Robin Beagley, partner at WSB Property Consultants who represented Community Links, added: “We were delighted with the outcome of this deal. These new premises will greatly assist with extending the reach of the pioneering mental healthcare and wellbeing services Community Links provides.”

Community Links assists over 1800 people every day with mental health issues including anxiety and depression, psychosis, alcohol and substance misuse, complex needs and personality disorder.
