Carl is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer, experienced in valuing all forms of commercial property and residential investments. Carl undertakes valuations for loan security purposes, company and financial accounts, pensions, marital disputes, taxation (probate, inheritance, capital gains) and charities act valuations.

Carl has also acted as an independent expert on a number of different property types. Carl represents landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals, assisting landlords and tenants on maximising their property assets.
