Following their purchase of the 2.9-acre site in 2020, and a multi-million pound investment into the former mill complex, owners Matt Welsh and Rob Thompson have secured a letting to Pure Technology Group, (PTG).

The expanding Leeds-based business has signed a 10-year lease to create a landmark HQ within Anglia House, a 16,000 sq ft four-storey mill building.

The deal was brokered by Leeds based property consultants, T1 Asset Management Ltd and WSB Property Consultants and is one of the largest office lettings in the Leeds out of town market this year.

Anglia House, which has undergone extensive refurbishment, will accommodate PTG’s existing 140 personnel while providing space for future growth aspirations to a capacity of more than 250 people.

Welsh, joint owner of Holly Park Mills, said: “We’re delighted to agree this significant deal with Pure Technology Group and welcome them as a new occupier of Anglia House.

“The letting further helps us to deliver our vision to transform Holly Park Mills by creating innovative office spaces within an attractive and historic setting.”

The facilities on site at Anglia House will include an auditorium, social spaces, technical workshops, collaboration zones, work cafes and a bar.

Robin Beagley, partner at WSB, added: “The landlord of Holly Park Mills has responded to the changing nature of the modern workplace by creating innovative and inspiring office space that will accommodate the long-term growth and flexible needs of the new tenant, PTG.

“Workspace needs to be aspirational and to provide an attractive environment that will inspire businesses and staff, which Holly Park Mills offers in abundance.”
